Often called “The Children of Hajimaru” as they claim lineage from the first dragon. For this reason dragonborn tend to have respect for both dragons and kobolds, their cousins with whom they share the Draconic language. One major break they have culturally with kobolds is that dragonborn view dragons as failed attempts at divinity, and while they are to be respected, they are not meant for worship.
