Shinchunou is an ancient brass dragon residing in the mountain’s near the academy. She is served by local Kobolds from Boktatchi Nokozan who provide her copper, food, and other goods; and in return she protects them and will bestow some of them a bit of her power. Who she was before she became a dragon isn’t known, but for now she seems mostly content to allow her Kobolds to serve her in gathering a horde.
